Thank you for your recent enquiry in relation to the above named person. It is our policy to confine such references to the confirmation of factual data. I am therefore pleased to confirm the following. Joanne was employed as a Support Worker for adults with Learning Disabilities. She joined us on 8th February 2021 and her employment ended on 1st June 2023. Joanne’s reason for leaving was resignation. Joanne’s responsibilities as a Support Worker were to promote service users’ independence in everyday activities by providing physical, practical and emotional support. I can confirm that Innovate Trust would re-employ Joanne, subject to the satisfactory completion of the organisations’ recruitment and selection procedures and our pre-employment checks. Joanne has at no point been the subject of disciplinary action.
